As in .....they left = se fueron.

As in .....there are none left = se acabaron

I am sure that there are other options as well depending on context.

Ya han ido ..

I don't think that it can be literally translated word for word .. as this is a typical English style which if translated word for word may make little sense .. for example (son idos .. doesn't really make much sense in my opinion) ...

So in my opinion (also depending on the context though),, we can say .. "ya han ido" .. they have already gone ..

Some native can tell better though..

But it depends entirely on context, you have to supply context here, .
