¡Se dejó venir el rancho!

The whole country took to the street!

The place is full of countrymen.

So I would interpret this as “el rancho” is the pronominal subject of “se dejó” – which is why it is “el rancho”and not “del rancho”. Subjects sometimes follow the verb in Spanish, especially when pronominal.

In less natural but more literal English:

The (country bumpkin crowd) (allowed itself/took liberty) to come.

I like that: The country bumpkin crowd allowed itself to come! - LuisCache, Jun 26, 2015
Well, good, countrybumkins are not always welcme, you know so good if they allow themselves to come to wherever the fun is. - annierats, Jun 26, 2015
It does reflect a certain snottiness on the part of the urbanites who are saying it doesn't it. ;) - bosquederoble, Jun 26, 2015
:) - bosquederoble, Jun 26, 2015

I haven't heard this idiom before, but I looked it up in google and found its meaning.

'El rancho' is a small settlement outside large urban areas or the capital, a rural area or district, the country.

Thus 'venir del rancho' means 'to come from the country':

'He/she comes from the country' 'He/she is from a rural area'. That is, he/she is a recent immigrant, especially regarded as being unassimilated to the urban way of life, unsophisticated.

In this case, the country means the people from the countryside, the countrymen.

¡Se dejó venir el rancho!

The whole country took to the street!

The place is full of countrymen.

The text of a song which goes by that name, I believe.

(Osea, Naco yo? Ranchero!)
