The idea is to find an English word (synonym –- antonym related to the word –

P L O D (verbo) and then write a simple sentence in English and Spanish for that word.

Example:

She plodded up the stairs. / Subió pesadamente la escalera.

Keep plodding on – you’ll soon be finished! / ¡Sigue, ya te queda poco!

It was a long slog along a muddy trail, but it was worth it in the end.

Fue un golpetazo largo por un sendero fangoso, pero valió la pena al final.

In a great snow you can only trudge or plod along.

En una gran nieve sólo puede andar con dificultad o andando con paso lento .

Think ' wallowing, rolling' although I don't know what this has to do withplodding. Just trying to help you see that you don't need the ' a'. - annierats, Jul 5, 2015

A mí, no me gusta caminar con fatiga; prefiero ir a todo correr ¡Bip-bip! ¡Correcaminos!

I don't like to plod along; I prefer to go full speed ahead! Beep-beep! Roadrunner!

Estoy harta de no mejorar en español, sigo marchando lentamente hacía un horizonte lejano.

I'm fed up with not improving in Spanish, I keep plodding along, towards a distant horizon.

stumble - tropiezo

A stumble may prevent a fall.

Un tropiezo podría prevenir una caída.
