Darle vueltas a...
A Spanish guy told me that "I was wondering + about smth" is translated as "Darle vueltas a +" but I don`t know how to conjugate this correctly. If I I want to say "We are wondering" is it correct to say : "Damos vueltas a... "(where goes the'"la"? ) Can someone explain me the conjugation of this phrase?

It all depends on exactly what you are trying to say, so could you give us more context, please?
Please tell us / write down in English the exact sentence you are trying to say then we can give you more accurate help. What you would say in Spanish depends on the exact idea you are trying to communicate..
ex:1.She never talks to me. I wonder why? = Nunca habla conmigo. Me pregunto ¿por qué?
2.I wonder if she's arrived = Me pregunto si habrá llegado.
The first two examples use the verb preguntarse = to wonder (to ask oneself)

We're wondering about going to Spain this year = Estamos pensando si ir a España, este año.
Wondering in this context immediately above means thinking about
She wondered what to write = No sabía qué pensar
In the example above wondering means not knowing!
Finally, we come to the verbal construction that Luis has given you:
Darle vueltas a algo = To think about something
ex: Le he dado vueltas y más vueltas al problema = I've gone over the problem time and again, I've given the problem a lot of thought
I am sure that you can see that the verb used and phraseology varies according to what you want to say. This is why we need to know exactly what you (people) want to say!

Le doy vueltas a algo, le das... le da... le damos, le dais, le dan vueltas a algo.
In past tense:
Le di vueltas a algo, le diste... le dio, le dimos, le disteis, le dieron vueltas a algo.
And so on.
We are wondering... Le damos vueltas a...
