What's Your Favorite Movie Poster?...in Spanish!
I love movie posters ?. Not only because it brings back memories of my favorite movies, but because the people who create these posters are the best in the business. I so wish I could learn graphics from them! (Then no one would have to put up with my Photoshop junk anymore...just kidding...I hope my stuff is pretty good
)
Fun & Easy Rules: Share movie posters with us in Spanish. Give the Spanish and English name of the movie. Vote for the person before you. And most importantly, have fun with it!
I give credit to Falda-Escocesa who came up with this great idea. He gave me permission to do this.

The Man who Would Be King / El Hombre que Pudo Reinar...
Unfortunately, in my opinion this Spanish translation of the title, and the alternative, 'El Hombre que Sería Rey', are not good ones because they miss the point of 'would be' in the English, which I believe actually means 'wanted to be', using 'would' as the old past tense of 'will', thus 'El Hombre que Quería Ser Rey' would be better... 'Wanted to be' / 'Quería' makes more sense in the context of the film itself ![]()
