Need your assistance in translating the word "scorecard" that is used in the following sentence:
He annouces the development of a scorecard which compares one state to others in key indicators.
My attempt: El annuncia el desarrollo de un tanteador que compara un estado con otros en indicadores claves.

Tanteador(a) refers to a person.
If what you talk about has to do with amounts of things being compared, I would say un índice.
