There is one case where you can use them together to translate the English "never, "ever"

"I will never, ever do that!

¡No haré eso nunca, jamás! (Pero es necesario poner "nunca" primero,)

!No te dejaré, nunca jamás te lo prometo!

Dani, he escuchado/oido :) personas que dicen jamás nunca... - chileno, Jun 1, 2015
Bueno, es algo nuevo para mí. Aprendo algo nuevo cada día. :) Gracias. - Daniela2041, Jun 1, 2015
Nunca jamás sounds much better to my ears even as a non-native speaker.I am not sure how much that is due to familiarity with seeing and hearing it spoken that way causes me to wince when I hear it spoken in a way that seems to me to be completely wrong! - FELIZ77, Jun 1, 2015
I know what you mean. I would never say it the other way--nunca, jamás! ♥ - Daniela2041, Jun 1, 2015
This is super helpful! I did not know they could be used together! Thanks! - atrevida, Jun 1, 2015

There does not seem to be any difference. See this discussion and read carefully the posting at the bottom of the page by Juan Alex on May 9, 2009:
