"Me toca" (?)
Hola,
While reading a Colombian blog, I came across the expression "me toca." Evidently, it conveys the need to do something (i.e. "tocarse" significa "tener que"
. I was wondering if this frase is strictly Colombian, or if it is used in other Spanish-speaking regions. Anyone familiar with this?

Me toca
Probably it means: It's my turn.
Me toca = It's my turn (to do something)
Since you have not provided any context, both Luis and Gringo have guessed at the most probable meaning and I agree. But we also use tocarse as you have mentioned as an obligation to do something or a convinient time to do something, ie: Mañana me toca ir al supermercado.
And this isn´t only in Colombia, it´s also very common in Mexico and I would guess in other countries as well.
