Hey can anyone help me with how to say I love it -as in I go shopping and I love it. I've been learning about direct object nouns but I'm not sure how it would work with verbs like gustar.

Welcome to SpanishDict. First, you need to use proper capitalization and punctuation when posting anything on the site. Please complete your profile information. What is your native language and what is your estimated level of Spanish? Also, your gender.

Me encanta. - I like it. Me gusta

Me encanta ir de compras. I like shopping.

Me gusta ir de compras. - I like to go shopping.

Rac, lo me encanta = I love it - FELIZ77, May 28, 2015
Only because I just had this lesson, wouldn't it be "me lo encanta"? Personal pronoun coming first? - Winkfish, May 28, 2015
@Winkfish: In this case you can't say: "me lo encanta". You can't use "encantar" in this sense with a direct object. - LuisCache, May 28, 2015
So.. Me gusta! I like it! No me gusta... I don't like it.. If the 'it' is feminine, nothing changes, as the subject 'it' is usually omitted in Spanish. - rac1, May 28, 2015
For, " I love it", "Me encanta" Is this correct Luis? - rac1, May 28, 2015
I think I've got it now - you would say me gusta because gusta means it pleasing and it's the direct object whilst me is the indirect object -when you put them together it would be it pleases me which is the same as I like it - BonitaChica101, May 29, 2015

Mi esposa: "Me gusta mucho ir de compras!!" Pero, por supuesto, ella pasa mi dinero.
