Ven a celebrar mi cumpleaños.
Esa sería la forma correcta porque es singular. That would be the right way because it's singular.
Si te refirieras a varios, sería en plural. Por ejemplo: Todos mis cumpleaños son iguales.
If you meant more than one, that would be plural. For example: All my birthdays are the same.
