In the dictionary I could not find the translation of words el niche and guarachear. It is taken from famous cuban song Quizas, Quizas: A la playa yo quiero ir a bailar, porque el niche me invita a guarachear.

In a few Carribean countries niche is slang for someone of African decent.

Guarachear comes from "guarache" (Mexican sandal). My guess is that this means to walk about or dance.

I think that "guarachear" comes from "guaracha" a kind of popular dance and music in Cuba:

guaracha.

  1. f. Cuba, Guat., Nic., Pan. y P. Rico. Baile popular afroantillano en parejas.

  2. f. Cuba. Canción popular que acompaña este baile, de tema generalmente picaresco o satírico.

Niche is a colloquial form of "negro" used in Cuba and the Caribe, as Julian and Bosque said.
