Problem with Sentence Structure

Greetings,

I´d like to know how I would word the following sentence in Spanish:

"I wanted to ask if I could turn it in to you on Thursday instead of tomorrow."

I'm finding this sentence particularly confusing as it involves (or seems to involve) so many verb tenses and perhaps the subjunctive.

Answers are appreciated.

In this sentence, the structure can be the same as the English one.

En esta frase, la estructura podría funcionar de la misma manera que en la inglesa.

(Yo) Quería preguntar si podría entregártelo el jueves en vez de mañana.

¡Hola! Para los idiomas en inglés necesitas escribir la inicial en mayúsculas: English, Spanish, French, German, etc. - Jubilado, May 27, 2015
I agree with Aguacero. Also, you can start the sentence with "Me gustaría preguntar...", but the original one is correct. - txustaboy, May 27, 2015
