Is it correct to say:

Por mucho que me gustaría quedarme y hablar contigo...

to mean:

As much as I would like to stay and talk with you...

I would say:

Por mucho que me gustara quedarme y hablar contigo...

EDIT: The use of "gustaría" in that way it is not correct, you must use "gustara" or "gustase". As I said in the comments of my own post, this error is common in the Vasc Country (País Vasco).

Of course. I should have completed the sentence to demonstate that this was something I wasn't going to do, and therefore subjunctive. The full sentence would be something like: "Por mucho que me gustaría quedarme y hablar contigo, no puedo." - bobcoole, May 25, 2015
But you used "gustaría". This is an error common in the Vasc Country (Pais Vasco) but it is an error. You must use "gustara" or "gustase" - txustaboy, May 27, 2015
