There are many ways to say that, but I am going to write about your choice and bosquederoble answer:

1) ¿Quieres ir a ver un musical después de esto?. This is quite correct, but it would be easier to understand if you say any more about "this":

¿Quieres ir a ver un musical después de acabar la cena?

¿Quieres ir a ver un musical después de ver el partido?

2) ¿Quieres ir a ver un musical después de aquí?. This sentence is not totally incorrect, but probably a native speaker would never say the sentence in that way. It is not a rule, but it is common to say an "action" not a place:

¿Quieres ir a ver un musical después de acabar aquí? or ¿Quieres ir a ver un musical despúes de acabar esto?

or use the adverb "cuando"

¿Quieres ir a ver un musical cuando acabemos aquí?

¿Quieres ver un musical después de esto?

This makes sense for what you are writing in English, with the caveat that esto refers to a nonspecific antecedent, if this refers to specific noun and is masculine then este, if feminine, esta. ¿Quieres ver otro musical después de éste? , ¿Quieres ver un musical después de esta película?

¿Quieres ir a ver un musical despues de aqui?

This to me says "Do you want to go to see a musical after here?" if I forgive the lack of two necessary tildes. The use of aquí here makes little sense to me.

I am an intermediate level learner of Spanish.
