There are many native English speakers here, most of us can offer great suggestions to the English sentences. I will do my best to go through them all, too. For the Spanish sentences, edit your posts according to the native Spanish speaker's suggestions. Todavía hay personas que han vivido su vidas enteras en el mismo pueblo, casi sin salir nunca de su barrio . Tengo unos vecinos de este típo, no tienen coche y les falta dinero para vacaciones. Dicen que estan muy contentos pero a mi , la situación me daría claustrofobia.
There are still people who have lived their entire lives in the same town, almost without ever leaving their own quarter. I have some such neighbours, they haven't got a car and they lack money to go on holiday. They say that they are very happy but I would get cabin fever in this situation.
