Just tell them to do things.
Levanta la mano!
Baja la mano!
Ven Acá!
Camina!
Corre!
Pon un pie sobre la pared.
Ahora pon el otro! (lol)
If they don't understand a command, just demonstrate the action yourself. It's a lot of fun.
You can make a "Simon Says" game out of it.

Having just listened to one of the Michel Thomas lessons, he explains the tenses in a unique way, then he goes into "What if you're talking to Roberto or Roberta." He also talks about the "go-go" verbs: hago, tengo, pongo, etc. and explains the rules for them. This isn't exactly what you asked about, but maybe it will give you some ideas.
