"Voy haciendo cositas sueltas que van saliendo".

We need more context but I can imagine a person who doesn't have a permanent/stable job saying that. "Cositas sueltas" meaning little jobs wich will not be something permanent and "que van saliendo" opportunities (of jobs) that arrive.
Ej: En este momento no tengo laburo, pero voy haciendo haciendo cositas sueltas que van saliendo.
You have to give more context please.
Suelto/suelta normally means ,loose/ to let go/free.
Maybe: I keep doing un-planned things that work out well.
This is a guess, it may be an expression. I'm not a native.
