Hi Hyguetha,
In using an apple computer, I suggest you try the firefox browser and that your adobe flash player is up to date.
Visit adobe flash player and download the latest version your computer can take.

I use a MacBook Air. I just tried a flashcard set and had no trouble. I use Safari and have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player for Mac installed. If you follow sanlee's advice, I think you should be fine.
