Very nice sentiments 
Normally we appreciate what a person does rather than the person themselves if that makes sense.
How about something like this ...
Aprecio de verdad todo lo que ha(s) hecho para ayudarme.
I really appreciate all that you have done to help me.
or another option would be ...
Estoy muy agradecida por todo lo que ha(s) hecho para ayudarme.
I'm very grateful/appreciative ....
You would likely use 'ha' instead of 'has' if you refer to the person as 'Mrs' so and so instead of using their first name
