En verdad la frase se presta a una broma sucia; pero se pronuncia:
- Nueve por nueve, ochenta y uno.
Aunque la forma correcta pienso que sería esta:
- Nueve, multiplicado por nueve, es igual a ochenta y uno.

An example of the pattern is:
4 por 5 son 20
o 7 multiplicado por 10 es igual a 70
You do the maths, now lol
(I'm sure that you can adapt the pattern to your own needs)
