Parece que +subjunctive or indicative
So I am preparing for my speaking exam during which you receive a leaflet that you have to translate for the examiner and want to start off the conversation with "it seems that I have the perfect leaflet for you".
When translating this in spanish is it okay to use indicative- "parece que tengo el folleto perfecto para ti" or is subjunctive "parece que tenga el folleto perfecto para ti" more appropriate given that it appears I have the perfect leaflet but it might not be perfect i.e. there is doubt involved which tends to trigger the subjunctive.
Any help would be much appreciated! ![]()

I can´t explain why, but we always use indicative after parece que.
And don´t rely on those so called "triggers" of subjunctive. Many times you can choose between subjunctive or indicative depending on the nuance you want.
