Help w/ Poem
I just finished writing a poem. I tried my best to write it in Spanish, but since it's not my first language, I was wondering if someone can check my grammar. I have a copy of the poem in Spanish as well as how I would ideally translate it in English. Can someone give me suggestions/comments/critiques to improve this?
Acostumbrado al Amor
He acostumbrado a tu amor / Que no sé cómo vivir sin ti; / El tiempo que pasamos juntos, / Los momentos que nos compartimos, / Constituyen las mejores partes de mí;
He acostumbrado a tu amor / Que no podía olvidar si me lo quiso; / La bondad que me mostraste, / La atención que me diste, / El recuerdo de tu beso y abrazo;
He acostumbrado a tu amor / Que me puedes encantar hasta hoy; / La acaricia de tus dedos, / La sonrisa en tus ojos, / Hacen difícil a decir que me voy;
He acostumbrado a tu amor / Que me muero por dentro dejarte ir; / Las cosas que aprendimos, / Los lugares que visitamos, / El mundo que prometemos a construir;
Pero el amor es como las rosas; / Se marchitan en un jardín de malas hierbas; / Necesitan espacio para crecer, / Más sol y agua para florecer; / Y hemos acostumbrado a este amor / Que el jardín está ahogado con dolor; /
Ahora, me voy a arrancar las flores enfermas / Para plantar las semillas por las próximas primaveras.
Accustomed to Love (Translation)
I have been accustomed to your love / That I don't know how to live without you / The time we spent together / The moments we shared / Make up the best parts of me
I have been accustomed to your love / That I can't forget if I willed it so / The kindness you have shown me / The care you have given me / The memory of your kiss and embrace
I have been accustomed to your love / That you can enchant me until today / The caress of your fingers / The smile in your eyes / Make it difficult to say I'm leaving
I have been accustomed to your love / That it kills me to let you go / The things we learned / The places we visited / The world we promised to build
But love is like the roses / They wither in a garden of weeds / They need space to grow / More sun and water to bloom / And we have been accustomed to this love / That the garden is choked with pain /
Now, I leave to pluck the sickened flowers / To plant the seeds for the following spring*
*(las proximas primaveras = the coming "spring times"?)

I see that in your English version all of your second verses follow a pattern, they all begin with "that". If you want to keep a similar pattern in Spanish, I think you could use the word "tanto" because "que" doesn't make that much sense.
However I don't know if you want this, so I'll tell you how to put it with and without the word tanto.
Me he acostumbrado a tu amor
Que No sé cómo vivir sin ti;
you could keep the 'que' if you were talking about the 'love' and not the person but you would have to say: (tanto) Que ya no sé como vivir sin él OR you could say Tanto que no sé como vivir sin ti.
El tiempo que pasamos juntos,
Los momentos que nos compartimos,
Constituyen las mejores partes de mí;
Me he acostumbrado a tu amor
Que no podía olvidar si me lo quiso; I don't understand this sentence, I also didn't understand the English one as I am not a native English speaker, sorry :(
La bondad que me mostraste,
La atención que me diste,
El recuerdo de tu beso y de tu abrazo; (I don't know if it's grammatical incorrect saying it without "de tu" but I just think it sounds nicer to my ears)
Me acostumbrado a tu amor
(Tanto que) me puedes encantar hasta hoy; (I find this is the nicer way to say this one verse, otherwise you could just begin saying: me puedes encantar hasta hoy but I personally feel that is lacks a word at the begining)
La caricia de tus dedos,
La sonrisa en tus ojos,
Hacen difícil a decir que me voy;
Me he acostumbrado a tu amor
(Tanto que) me mata por dentro dejarte ir;
Las cosas que aprendimos,
Los lugares que visitamos,
El mundo que prometimos construir;
Pero el amor es como las rosas;
Se marchitan en un jardín de malas hierbas;
Necesitan espacio para crecer,
Más sol y agua para florecer;
Y (tanto) nos hemos acostumbrado a este amor (Tanto can go wheter where I put it between brackets or before "a este amor")
Que el jardín está ahogado en dolor;

Acabo de trabajar en Lira el primer párrafo. Con un poco de paciencia tendré listo el poema en una hora.
