There is a free course here on Spanish Dict.

The BBC has at least two free courses. There are others, use your Google, he knows everything.

Overall, my personal feeling is that internet courses are fun and help a bit , but , if you want to progress and get practice, enrol a ta college or any private course near you. Actually talking to people helps more than anything, even if everybody is not at the same leverl. At least that is what I have found, in spite of all the courses that I have been on folding in about 4 weeks because of lack of interest, I have made some friends, with whom I keep up an interesting conversation in Spanish by e-mail + occasional meetings.

Well, frankly speaking, I've finished 4th semester, and @ Nepal, after this there is no course at all... There are not people who would like to practice... I would appreciate if we could speak for 30 mins or 15 mins two tim week or at your convenient time - nepal15, May 6, 2015
