The grammer in this sentence

Que eso si que uno se lo disfruta, I am just trying to put the grammer and understand. Why is se being used in what way. Just dont understand it.

I think you need a tilde over sí, que eso sí, que uno (se) lo disfruta. ( Yes, how very much one enjoys it). The 'se' goes with uno, although I don't think it is needed in this case. Hopefully a native will comment.
