How to Say "Rafting" in Spanish?

I'm working on a project and need to know how to say "Rafting" in Spanish. This is my sentence so far:
En Costa Rica, todo adultos pueden ir a rafting. Rafting es muy peligroso pero muy divertido. La agua es probablemente muy frío!

My 2 cents wd be that yes 'rafting' is fine but remember it usually goes with hacer or practicar.
Hacer rafting ....
Or
Practicar rafting ....

Se puede decir el descenso de ríos o balsismo, pero la palabra ' rafting' sirve.

It is the same as in English if you are talking about going rafting.
A raft in Spanish is "una balsa."
