Julian is right brujis comes from bruja but with a nicer tone. Sometime man will call to their girls like that because is the person or witch that charm? Or put a spell over their life.

Sometimes we use the suffix is to make an endearment out of someone´s name, ie: Hubaldo - Hubis or even Uva.

So my guess is that someone is called Brujo / Bruja and with the endearment Brujis.

The translators here can easily tell you the meaning of ¿Dónde andas, Brujo / a?

It is a jargon in Spanish for little witch. In my opinion it is an insult to the person.
