Porque sí = Because I say so. (It is said when you don't know the answer.) In English someone may ask you "Why?". You, not knowing the answer will say, "Just because, That's just the way it is, It's just like that."
You can change the tone and make it a little more stern as well. Same idea, but the person may be a little more frustrated with the "why?" question.
