Wrote my stepmother a spanish e-mail

I decided to practice my Spanish my writing my stepmother a Spanish e-mail (today is her birthday and she is Spanish) I wasn't even worry about it.

Here is what I wrote: Como estas? Soy bien. Soy aprendiendo espanol via https://www.duolingo.com. Soy aprendiendo un mucho y soy disfrutando es mucho. Yo simplemente quierido decir Feliz Cumpleanos para mi favorita mujer en el mundo.

How did I do? I can't wait for her reply.

I think you did a really great job. Not only because you conjugated and use the correct form of words, but you have good grammar as well. You also put a lot of heart into your letter, so OF COURSE you did a great job and OF COURSE yoour grandmother will LOVE IT!

She will probably understand it, more likely so if she has prior exposure to the mistakes learners make:

The present progressive is formed with estar not ser, but is not used except to emphasize ongoing action- present indicative is more normal, you need estoy not soy bien, you cannot use a past participle as a past tense in Spanish, Yo is not required there and I would not use it, I made some other changes. I am a intermediate level learner and my revision may not be perfect, but I will post it for discussion:

¿Cómo estás? Estoy bien. Aprendo español vía https://www.duolingo.com. Aprendo mucho y disfruto mucho de ello. (Yo) simplemente quería decir Feliz Cumpleaños a mi mujer favorita en el mundo.

You could say,

¿Cómo estás? Yo estoy bien, Estoy aprendiendo español via www.duolingo. Estoy aprendiendo mucho y lo estoy disfrutando. Simplemente quería decirle ¡Feliz Cumpleaños! a mi mujer favorita en el mundo entero.

Maybe you need review a little bit the difference between SER and ESTAR and the present progressive.
