Travelling project in Spain. Help in correcting please .

I had to write about going to a Spanish speaking place, I'm not sure if I did it right could you help me?

Spanish: $637 para un billete sencillo sobre $300 para el alimento que va a durar una semana. Me gustaría visitar el Parque Nacional Galápagos porque hay muchos animales que nunca había visto. También me gustaría ir porque me gusta mucho los animales y me gusta aprender sobre los diferentes tipos. También me gustaría ir a nadar con los delfines porque lo hice antes y me gustaría volver a hacerlo. También me gustaría sólo quedará a la playa e ir de compras.

English: $637 for a plain ticket about $300 for food that'll last a week. I would like to visit Galápagos National Park because there are many animals there that I've never seen before. I would also like to go because I really like animals and I like learning about the different kinds. I would also like to go swimming with the Dolphins because I did that before and I would like to do it again. I would also like to just stay out in the beach and go shopping.

I had a little problem with the first sentence because it's like you are making a conversation, and in spanish start a text like that it's a little bit unnatural. Said that, I'm learning english here but I believe I can help you.

También me gustaría ir porque me gustan mucho los animales y me gusta aprender sobre los diferentes tipos. También me gustaría ir a nadar con los delfines porque lo hice antes y me gustaría volver a hacerlo. También me gustaría sólo ir a la playa y de compras.
