How do I send a private message? I have enough rep... so why can't I figure it out?

Click on the profile picture of the person you want to message. Scroll down past their "About me" section. Do you see that little link that says, "Send Message"? Click on it, fill in the text box with what you want to say, and then click "Send"!
Easy as that!
Try it with my profile, and then I'll let you know if I get it.
