Cuando era pequeño mi madre y yo solíamos ver el tele juntos. Recuerdo mi favorito dibujo animado fue Tom y Jerry, porque parecía Tom fue muy cariñoso. Recuerdo tambíen estabamos yendo al pueblo de mi padre con mi tia, tio y otros miembros de mis familia. Vimos mucho animales, mi animal favorito es el elefanto.

Cuando era pequeño me encataba comer pescado, mi abuela solía hacer pescado. Estaba un poco gordita y tenía pelo corto. Mi abuela solía crear mi pelo en diferentes estilos. Recuerdo mi abuela solía daba el caramelo cuando comía mi comida

Cuando era pequeño me encantaba comer pescado, mi abuela solía hacer pescado. Estaba un poco gordita y tenía el pelo corto. Mi abuela solía peinarme ( ?) el pelo en diferentes estilos. Recuerdo que mi abuela solía darme caramelos cuando comía mi comida.

I'm not a native speaker but these would be my suggestions for the first few (I'll leave the second section for someone else to have a go ) ...

Well done, soler does work for your example (as would the imperfect veíamos by itself) but for those who might be wondering the difference between Solíamos + infinitive vs imperfect it's important to note that soler is only used for frequent recurring events or as in your case to describe customs and habits whereas the imperfect by itself could be identical to this or it could have other meanings.

Solíamos ver - we (usually) used to watch, it was our custom to watch

Veíamos - we would/used to watch, we were watching, we watched

'La' tele

porque Tom siempre parecía muy cariñoso

If you are referring to just one time when you were going to your father's town then your construction is ok - if you mean that you often used to go then it should be 'Solíamos ir al pueblo' - we used to go / we were in the habt of going etc. If its the second option the next part should be veíamos or solíamos ver muchoS animales - we used to see / we would see.
