The reason I say this is that there are several people here that are attempting to learn English. It is the responsibility of those who speak English to help them in their learning, just as they help us learn Spanish. As a part of this, it is kindly asked that all members attempt to speak in as correct English as they are capable. Note that I do not care how you would type on any other forum, and feel free to message me and talk in whatever method you wish. However, in order to help our "amigos hispanohablantes", when posting in the main forum, please keep your type as standard as possible. This really isn't personal, but having had experiences trying to understand some Spanish text on another forum that was oddly capitalized (but seemed natural to the poster), I feel that it is helpful to those trying to learn a new language to standardize as much as possible. Thanks for your understanding! Salud,

First, please write using gramatically correct English, including capitalization. Second, cartel is a poster. However, cártel can also mean a drug cartel.
In Spanish, it means poster, placard, show bill,
In English, it means a business organizations formed to regulate pricing, marketing, production. Today it's usually associated with illegal drugs or drug cartel.
