I am not absolutely sure, but one of these should get you understood, if you can pronounce them correctly:

¿Por qué no funciona el (servicio) WiFi? (WiFi pronunced English rules or Spanish rules depending on location)

¿Por qué no funciona el Internet inalámbrico?

¿Por qué no funciona la Internet inalámbrica?

¿Por qué no funciona la red inalámbrica?

Hello (I'm assuming) Senorita Elm, welcome to the forum!

I think a good way to say this is "¿Por qué, no funciona la wifi?", but you should probably get a second opinion from a native (or to be honest, anyone who is more fluent than I am [And there are many]).

Extra grammar marks are generally to be discouraged on this site, since it may confuse English learners (and since such grammar is normally confined to Chat Sites). You are free to use emoticons, but be prudent in their use (if it is possible to use an emoticon prudently [Oh dear, I seem to have created something of a contradiction...])
