Help with direct object pronouns!!
If a sentence states, "Yo llevo el vestido verde y las botas marrones," What would the direct object pronoun be?

Personally I would choose los=el vestido verde y las botas marrones, because once you have a masculine noun in a group, the combined group should be masculine.
I am an intermediate level learner, so it would be reasonable to await confirmation.
Your direct object pronouns here would replace your direct object nouns, being 'el vestido' and 'las botas', for which the direct object pronouns, respectively, are 'lo' and 'las'. In English you could say 'I wear it and them', which in Spanish I suppose would translate literally as 'lo y las llevo', but I've never heard direct object pronouns being combined in this way in Spanish with 'y'. Even in English it sounds a little contrived and unidiomatic, albeit not grammatically wrong.
You could say 'los llevo', meaning 'I wear them', referring to everything together. Or perhaps you would be better to say 'llevo eso y esas'.
