You could also use "acabar" (to terminate, to finish).

Todavía no he acabado. (I still haven't finished). Acabo de limpiar la cocina. (I've just finished cleaning the kitchen).

It is hard to know for sure without context:

I would say “se terminó” for what comes to my mind, here are examples of it in context:

http://tinyurl.com/p3rgncc

Instalarlo después que se terminó de instalar la puerta por completo. Install after door installation is complete.

Es un problema de fundamento jurídico y se terminó, y esto no se cambia por nada. It is a problem of legal basis and it has come to an end, and it is not being exchanged for anything

Tampoco se terminó el claustro según la concepción inicial, con cubierta abovedada, sino que se adoptó una solución más sencilla y barata. And neither was the cloister completed as per the original design - with a vaulted roof -, a simpler, cheaper solution being adopted.

My answer is aimed at the "it got done/ít was completed" context, not the "I got it done/completed" context. - bosquederoble, Mar 6, 2015
