Please, translate this sentence for me!
I was looking through "The Big Red Book of Spanish Verbs," and I came across a sentence that I didn't understand. I believe that it was probably mis-translated, but here it is:
"Así es que no tiene por qué trabajar."

The closest translation; Therefore you have no reason to work.
No tiene que trabajar ...... You don't have to work.
I believe it means, "Therefore you don't have to work". But the translation says, "You have no reason to work." I searched for the meaning of "esí es que," but couldn't find it.
"Así es que..." closest translation is "therefore" . It is normally used as a connector. Here you can see a few other examples :
Así es que ya sabes lo que tienes que hacer. // Por tanto , ya sabes lo que tienes que hacer // Así pues , ya sabes lo que tienes que hacer. Therefore , you know what you have to do.
