No sé si hay una palabra en español que significaría la misma cosa en inglés como “to par". Técnicamente, "to par" es una cantidad fija de un elemento o ingrediente que debe mantener en inventario para apoyar las operaciones diarias de su restaurante. Hay una fórmula para determinar la forma de llegar a la cantidad correcta.

To clarify my question, looking for the correct spanish translation for: "to par". Translating a recipe. The meaning for "to par" is the fixed quatity of an item that must be kept on hand for daily operations. I have not yet found the right translation. - NitzaM10, Feb 28, 2015
@ Nitza, you have to change the question as you know words cannot be translated word for word so ask the question , IE "I want to fixate the mixture " - ray76, Feb 28, 2015
Nitza it is your "Stock" that you keep to feed from . - ray76, Feb 28, 2015
In a Chinese restaurant it would be Rice, and Chicken and beef clear soup to add to many other dishes , they would be their "Par" . - ray76, Feb 28, 2015
