Based on the CEFR framework I would say I fall between C1 and C2. Yet I know that my verbal abilities exceed my written and my grammar leaves a lot to be desired. However I live 24/7 in Spanish in Mexico and can communicate freely with whoever I encounter with minimal problems. However, I personally place a much higher standard on what I call "fluent" then does this framework.
