I'm confused by what this sentence means: "¿Qué es lo que más te gusta hacer?"
Also, why is there a "lo" in the sentence?

What do you like to do the most?
Word for word: Qué es (What is it) lo que (that which) más (the most) te gusta (pleases you) hacer (to do)
"lo que" = "that which"
