You need to complete your profile as to language level as some people are learning English. some Spanish and others both languages.

It is easy to look up a single word in a dictionary - I prefer Word reference, but the translator on site is fine. Eggs is a straightforward word in English used particularly to describe what a hen lays and in a few idioms.

However, the word in Spanish has a wider range of meanings.

Can you quote where you saw it or say why you need the one word explained?

An exercise for you ... fill in the blanks :

Jimmy pone diez ............... cada día .. (Jimmy lays ten eggs every day)..

now you may go to the translate functionality on this site and translate "egg" to Spanish and complete the exercise and we can check .. the word will stick with you longer that way ..
