Two reflexive verbs in one sentence?

Two reflexive verbs in one sentence?

Would you conjugate both verbs in this example... keeping it simple lets say the verbs are maquillarse (to put on make up) and vestirse ( to get dressed). If the subject was myself, would I say "Me maquillo y me visto"? or do you only conjugate first? "me maquillo y vestir? or would it be better to use the pronoun as a tag on the second non conjugated verb such as: maquillo y vestirme?

Thanks for help

Puedes decir: "me visto y me maquillo"

O también puedes decir: "me visto y maquillo".

Same as in English in this case.

I put on makeup and get dressed.

You wouldn’t say I put on makeup and to get dressed.

And is a conjunction- it separates two clauses, each clause needs its own conjugated verb.

I like: Me maquillo y me visto.

I guess I was answering at the same time as Luis- he is a native speaker, you can trust his answers. :) - bosquederoble, Feb 10, 2015

Thanks for your response. when you pointed out that you would not say "I put on makeup and to get dressed," it made light bulb turn for me lol. - jrjohnson735, Feb 10, 2015

As an aside, if you have two reflexive verbs in one sentence and both appear in their infinitive form for some reason, you still need to 'conjugate' the reflexive part. And I think in this case you cannot omit it like in Luis' example (correct me if I'm wrong about it):

Tengo que vestirme y maquillarme.
