conjugating verbs like gustar

Question

I am having trouble conjugating this correctly, when do I use for example fascinar vs. fascinaron, fascina vs. fascinó? very lost here

1.A él / aburrir / clases - A él le aburren las classes.?

2.A ti / molestar / despertador - A ti te molestó el despertador.

3.A Juanita / importar / deportes - A Juanita le importaron los deportes.

4.A ustedes / interesar / español -A ustedes les interesan el espanol

5.A ella / no quedar / traje de baño - A ella no queda traje de bano

6.A mí / faltar / dinero - A mi me faltó el dinnero

7.A mi novio / encantar / bailar - A mi novio le encanta bailar

8.A Lola y a Pablo / fascinar / museos- A Lola y a Pablo les fascinaron los museos

9.A nosotras / quedar / cuatro pesos - A nosotras nos quedaron cuatro pesos

10.A Sara / aburrir / películas de horror- A Sara le aburren las peliculas de horror

did I do any of them right? please help.

Are you supposed to be using present tense or preterit for the excercise- you have mixed the two, there are some other errors, some I supect are correct, but without knowing what tense is requested it is hard to know. - bosquederoble, Feb 8, 2015

Thank you. I finally figured out that Gusta is present vs. gustó is past.

Hi Melina Can you note on your profile your language level - I assume you are fluent in English but don't know your Spanish level.

As bosque says you seem to understand.

The way I work on the third person verbs is: It pleases me or it bores me etc if it is a thing singular, or verb, 3rd person singular if is a thing plural- 3rd person plural.
