You got the phrase down pretty well. One thing to note: the future tense can indicate an idea of uncertainty which you don't mean here; your phrase could also mean "I wonder where you will live in Spain?" If instead you go with "¿Dónde vas a vivir en España?," you lose some of that effect. I generally go with the "va a " construction, as it is more common.
