Fácil is invariable---both masculine and feminine.
Este trabajo es fácil. Esta lección es fácil. The plural is "fáciles."

Sí, vale. Pero el significado es diferente, "La fácil" quiere decir "the easy 'one"--lo mismo da con "la difcícil." Es un poco más avanzado. - Daniela2041, Feb 7, 2015
