Is there a way I can save the phrases and sentences that I translate, and have them all in one "folder" so I do not have to look them up them each time I need them? (I use this to help me communicate better with my cleaning lad, and to help us both with our Spanish/English) Thank you.

Please complete your profile at least with English and Spanish proficiency. We can deduce that you are female :-). - Jubilado, Feb 4, 2015

An easy way is to copy from what you see here and and paste it into a folder in your word processor. I use Microsoft Word.

I do that and it saves me having to make another download. - Jubilado, Feb 4, 2015

Are you looking for a application like anki, http://ankisrs.net/

Or word database like lingocracy. http://www.lingocracy.com/a/lists

Personally i like lingocracy or paid alternative lingq. because when you read an article, the words you come up first time are highlighted, so you can check whether you know them or not, then you add them to your known words list.

When I compose a sentence to post, I do it in a document then copy it into the answer box here. That way I can do my editing and look up what I don't know before posting it. If I make a comment or want to save something from here I highlight it and copy it into a document. I think this is also what Daniela is suggesting.

If someone posts particularly long and interesting information, I may copy that into a document as well and save it with the topic's name.

Keep in mind I'm not at as technically gifted as some others so there is probably a faster and more efficient way to do it.

Nice question!
