Picture of the Day: Attack!
I haven't the slightest idea of what is going on here, but I thought it deserved some attention. Any thoughts on what these people are doing?
Hello Everybody! Welcome to the Picture of the Day!
This is a game where we can practice our Spanish and English, but still have fun at the same time!
The rules are very simple and remain more or less exactly as RelaxingCup designed them.
Post your comments/titles/captions to this picture (both in Spanish and English) and vote for the responses you like. The best answer will be chosen tomorrow on the basis of the greatest number of votes as well as the language accuracy.

El dueño está hablando furiosamente con la chica: << ¡Te dijiste la última vez, jovencita, que no ofrezcemos 'regalos' aquí ...tendrás que pagar por todas tus compras! ¡Ahora, voy a llamar a la policía por teléfono porque siempre enjuiciamos a los ladrones por hurto en la tienda! >>
La chica está contestando con indignación y con tono de voz dolido: << Pero papá, ¿no me reconoces... soy tu hija, Sofía ...mamá acaba de pedirme que voy a nuestra tienda para elegir algo sabrosa para la cena esta noche! ¡Quizás, te gustaría explicarla porque tu has pedido que la policía detuviera a su hija! >>
The owner is speaking angrily to the girl: " I told you last time, young lady, that we don't offer 'freebies' here....you will have to pay for all your purchases! Now, I'm going to (telephone) the police because we always prosecute 'shoplifters!' "
The girl answers indignantly and in a hurt tone of voice: "But dad,, don't you recognize me... I 'm your daughter, Sofía. Mum has just asked me to choose something tasty for dinner tonight! Perhaps you'd like to explain to her why you have asked the police to arrest your daughter!"

Please also see / read editor's note/s number 2 about the alternative (passive) construction: o << su hija ha sido detenido (o arrestado) por la policía! >> = or, " your daughter has been arrested by the police."
your daughter = su hija (plural :father's and mother's daughter)
For students learning English: the word you'd like is an abbreviation of the words: you would like etc...
Editor's note/s: 1. I wanted to convey (communicate) the idea that you can't always judge a situation accurately on first impressions as they can often be wrong (incorrect)! After reading what the first person, (the shopkeeper) says, you might get a first impression that the owner has caught a shoplifter and you might think,: 'Great , he should call the police and let them arrest her, ' until you start to read what the second person (the girl) says then perhaps your loyalties change and then you might easily think , 'Poor girl, ....what a harsh father, she was only trying to obey her mother!' How easily we human beings seem to jump to conclusions!
Trying to judge situations in life too quickly, without all the necessary information available to us, usually leads us to make wrong (rash) decisions which we later regret ! 
2.I originally ccomposed this sentence: using the passive form then remembered that the Spanish don't often use this form so I changed it to the active form!
