There are many native English speakers here, most of us can offer great suggestions to the English sentences. I will do my best to go through them all, too. Use today's Word of the Day in your own Spanish sentence (and include the English translation as well). Try to use the word in a completely new way and vote on the sentences you like best. The winner will be chosen based upon the correct use of the word as well as the number of votes.
Guidelines:
Write sentences at least 5 words long, but don't write a paragraph either. Write your Spanish sentence, but include the English translation as well. Make the corrections suggested by other users and moderators in the comments section (try not to use personal pronouns unless absolutely necessary). Use your own words! (Don't use a translator, copy from a book, use song lyrics, etc.) Please keep political, religious or personal statements to a minimum. This is a practice game.

Notes:
Keep in mind that "bien" only means "very" when it comes before an adjective or another adverb.

Hablo español. Mi mamá lo habla también. No lo habla tan bien como yo porque es québecoise, pero es bien bonita.
I speak Spanish.My mother speaks it also. She doesn't speak it as well as I because she is a Québecoise, but she is really pretty.

En inglés (por lo menos en los Estados Unidos), muchos usan la palabra “good” (bueno) como adverbio, es decir cuando deberían usar “well” (bien), un error que no es tan común en el español- en el pasado no me importaba mucho, pero hoy en día, debido a que tuve que aprender bien la diferencia para usar las palabras correctamente, me molesta mucho, y he desarrollado una tendencia a corregir a mis amigos.
In English (at least in the United States), lots of people use the word “good” as an adverb, that is to say when they should “well”, and error that is not that common in Spanish- in the past I did not care much about that, but nowadays, due to having to learn the difference in order to use the words correctly, it bothers me a lot, and I have developed a tendency to correct my friends.

Ahora entiendo que hay una grande diferencía entre hablar español un poco, o bastante bien o con fluidez. Dudo que quede suficiente años en mi vida para aprender hablar muy bien, ¡ pero estoy intentando!.
