"I'm" not going to say it again. - rac1, Jan 6, 2015
Put "lo" between "te" and "voy" and you've got it right. - Daniela2041, Jan 6, 2015
@Daniela. Shouldn't there be an 'a' after voy too? - billygoat, Jan 6, 2015
no te lo voy a decir otra vez. - ricanboysmooth621, Jan 6, 2015
Oh yes! I forgot to put it in. Mil gracias! If I had written the entire phrase I would have seen it. - Daniela2041, Jan 6, 2015
I DID do it correctly in a comment in Billygoat's answer. - Daniela2041, Jan 6, 2015

A more natural way:

If the request is previously spoken more than once: ¡No te lo vuelvo a repetir!

If the request is previously spoken just once: ¡No te lo vuelvo a decir!

Many times present tense is used when indicating future events.

Okay, everybody! except for JulianChivi, who is brilliant, Sentences in both Spanish and English begin with a capital letter.

ricanboysmooth621, The contraction for I am (!'m) has capital i, apostrophe and m.

No disrespect to anyone in this answer. If you know me you know I like to see proper spelling and punctuation.

By the way, I know I will say this again! (big fat smile)

I think....

no te lo voy a decir otra vez or no voy a decirtelo otra vez.= I'm not going to tell you again.

no voy a decirlo otra vez = I'm not going to say it again.

Billy, just one little thing. "No voy a decírtelo otra vez" o "no te lo voy a decir otra vez." - Daniela2041, Jan 6, 2015
thank you Daniela! - billygoat, Jan 6, 2015
De nada :) - Daniela2041, Jan 6, 2015
