'I feel like I'm dying' in Spanish?

I am trying to write a monologue for my oral exam, and it's about someone who has a headache. I wanted to say 'I feel like I'm dying' but I'm not quite sure how.

I was thinking about: Parece que muero. My spanish dictionary tells me I should use the word palmarla, but does anyone know how to use that?

I could be wrong, but I think.......

Me siento como si estuviera muriendo.

According to the Spanish dict dictionary, palmar =' to kick the bucket, to snuff it'. So I suppose you could use 'palmar' rather than 'morir' if you like.

I would stick with Billy's option, far safer, but if you want to use' palmarla ' I think it would work something like: No quiero nada más que palmarla.

I'm not very sure of this however.

If you want to use' parecer' , as in your own example, I think you need the subjunctive: Parece que me esté muriendo. ( I'm more sure of this.)
