Many ways to say it ..
if you wan't a literal translation, it would be ..
ohh amor mio/mia
else many othder ways to express it .. like Annie has suggested above ... which sort of means ohh my darling ...
or ohh mi amor (which also means .. ohh my love) .. etc. etc..
